To view the company profile on phone grant permission option has to be chosen in the Desktop client.

- When a company profile (.qbw file) is opened in QuickBooks , I was able to share the same one with my application in Windows XP. But in Windows 7 I am getting the following message "This File is in use. Enter a new name or close the file that's open in another program". How can solve this issue ?
For this, you need to close the QuickBooks Software first Share the required file now open the QuickBooks Software Grant the permission and then access it.
